summer thunderstorm

back to commuting

the road offers sympathy

today’s discovery

haiku number matches age

a rare circumstance

a summer triumph

a hummingbird visits

and takes a small rest

my office drama

a robin ate their breakfast

while I read email

female cardinal

intricately-woven nest

makes our house her home

constantly alert

goldfinches partake of lunch

head on a swivel

the end of winter

driving, thinking of days past

yearning for cornflowers
